Cancellation Policy

Simple Cancellation Policy, applies to all bookings

Cancellation or Reschedule.

We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may not be able to make your appointment. However, we rely on our appointments to keep our business running smoothly and as a courtesy to our other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another client in your time slot.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a fee of 30% of the cost of your service.

No-shows.

We will charge the full cost of the scheduled service.

If the full cost of the service can not be charged, you may be placed on a blacklist and banned from making future appointments.

Deposit

The deposit retains its validity for a duration of up to two weeks, provided that the postponement is due to an emergency situation, such as a medical incident or another serious occurrence.

It is important to be aware that the deposit is designated for the procedure it was originally paid for and cannot be applied towards other services.
